What is a site template?
What is the difference between the site template and the site content? Can I change the header and footer design? Using the screen capture below as an example, what parts of the page do I have control over as an administrator?

Great question, Sara!
I would say that the part of the screen that an administrator has control would be within the red border below. Well, you also have control of the menu.
