This Content Policy governs your use of the Knowledge Connection web site ("Site") and the community services that are made available through the Site (collectively, "Community"). By using the Community, you are stating that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Community.
Your Responsibilities. You agree not to use the PBworks Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.User Submissions to Public Communities. Conduent does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, media, music, sound, images, photographs, graphics, video, or other materials you submit or make available for inclusion on or through the Community ("User Submissions"). All User Submissions to a public community are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Conduent does not monitor User Submissions and you agree that you are solely responsible for all of your User Submissions.
Copyright Policy. Conduent respects the intellectual property rights of others and has a policy of disabling access to any User Submission that violates copyright law. Additionally, any user posting User Submissions in violation of copyright law may have their account disabled. Conduent has implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyright is being infringed by a user of Knowledge Connection, provide written notice to Conduent and include the following:
- The URL that contains the material.
- Your contact information including name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement in regards to the copyright violation
Termination. You agree that Conduent may terminate or suspend your community account, without notice, if Conduent determines that you have violated these Terms.
Notification of Changes to Policy. We reserve the right to change Terms. We will post any changes to the Terms on the website. If you object to the change to our Terms, then you may contact us using the information provided in the notice.
