Volunteer Question Review
Hello all-
I am wondering if LearnerCommunity staff or another client could potentially help out on an issue we are facing. Our association hosts exams with the LMS, and we regularly have questions reviewed by volunteers and subject matter experts within the industry. Our process is to send a link to the question, but instead of volunteer feedback on the one specific question, we receive feedback on the entire pool. While helpful overall, it is more information than is needed, and it burdens our process to have to filter through the unnecessary comments. Our instructions to volunteers deliver specific directions on which question to focus on, but the problem continues.
The screenshot below is what the volunteer sees. As you can see from the scroll bar on the right side, they simply can travel down to investigate the entire pool.
Would it be possible to add an additional filter here?
Or does anyone else have a recommendation?
