Enrollment Detail Report / Lesson-level detail?
For some of our learning products that are multiple lessons, we're interested in drilling down into the status/detail of each lesson. I don't believe any of the existing canned reports get down to this detail. This would allow us to look at some high level analysis of which lessons are most popular (for ungated, or optional lessons), as well as determine where users may be getting stuck and frustrated within a product and make improvements to reduce customer service.
Can this be added to the enrollment detail (or other existing) report?

We have an Enrollment Progress Summary report that we are working on for the current sprint that might give you what you are looking for. You'll be able to see a breakdown of status by Lesson as well as by Activity, showing you how many people have completed each lesson/activity, as well as number of seconds spent in each section. Not sure this kind of aggregated data will be useful to you, but take a look when it is released.
