Integrations with HR Systems (e.g., ADP)
Does Knowledge Connection currently support an integration to ADP, or any similar HR systems?

I know a couple clients use ADP as their "master system" for their employee records, but we don't have a "direct" authentication or integration with ADP--the KC portals are configured for "native authentication" (id+password) with "no integration." (As compared to other portals configured for Personify [SSO authentication and near-real-time integration] or Google [SSO authentication but no near-real-time integration].)
To keep KC in sync with changes made in ADP, those clients had ADP create a query that regularly outputs a "Create/Update Learner" (CUL) B2B data file, which KC processes to keep in sync. Employees log in natively using an id and password (not SSO via ADP) and no data flows into ADP.
Conduent uses a different HR system. Their employee training portal in KC leverages Conduent's central SAML2 login system for SSO authentication, but has no near-real-time integration. In Conduent's case, they want their HR system to have a complete record of all completed training (regardless of where/how the training was delivered) so each day KC outputs a data file that Conduent imports into their HR system.
Note that we can implement near-real-time integration as long as (1) the third-party system supports it, and (2) the client can justify the time/cost. As I recall, ADP didn't have an API that KC could leverage (and maybe employees didn't even log in to the ADP system?)...so the file-based data exchange made more sense/was more cost effective.
