Assignment Rule based on Date Learner Created

Is it possible to define an assignment rule based on the date a learner's record was created in Learner Community? We have a scenario where we'd like to implement a change to an assignment, but only for learners created after a certain date. Ideally we'd like to keep the initial assignment active (excluding learners created after the cut-off date) and create a 2nd assignment (only including learners after the cut-off date).

Unfortunately I don't see the created date (visible on a learner's profile) as an available option for assignment rules.
