Admin Ability to Generate Completion Certificates
We've seen increasing interest from our enrollment code admins in generating completion certificates on behalf of those who redeemed a specific code. In lieu of a user-interface that supports it, is there any way of generating a URL that would authenticate the admin and provide access to the appropriate learner certificate? This would be useful for Organization and Section admins as well for end-user support scenarios.
