Suggestion of easier way to track assessment questions between screens
We have struggled to navigate the many tabs in the Assessments products (outline, questions, review, static sequence, sub assessments, etc.) and keep track of questions from screen to screen. For instance, if I am in a sub assessment placing questions in order and I have multiple questions with the same stem, I cannot tell which is which. I need to go to the "Outline" tab, click "manage" and "edit" for each question (so I can see the responses for the stem), then note what number each question is, and return to the sub assessment to change the order of the questions. While I would love to see fewer tabs for assessments (with more data visible for each question), the easiest solution might be to display the unique id for each question everywhere the question is used.
An additional example of when this would be helpful is when using the Assessment Analysis report. Currently, if I have four questions with the same stem, I cannot tell which one is associated with which analysis (see screenshot). Having a unique ID I can copy and paste every time I am working with a question would make it easy to locate questions without having to open them up and edit them or risk mixing up questions with the same stem.

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. I have added this to our internal enhancement meeting agenda for investigation. I will post any updates in this thread.
Thank you. If this can be prioritized, I'd appreciate it. We are using this item analysis to review our exam questions before they go live in February, and need access to the data in January. Some of the pools have items with as many as 9 questions that all look identical on the item analysis screen, but have large differences in their performance.
