Has there been any discussion about moving content packages to launch in modals instead of a pop-up window? Aside from being more consistent with the other types of activities, it would help reduce the issue of lost pop-up windows, particularly on mobile devices.

We've been thinking of adding it as an option when adding the content package as a learning activity. The main problem with making them modals today is the way that some packages unfortunately behave in regards to window resizing and closing. But I think if we can give you the power to decide how it should behave, then you can make the choice based on the way the package was designed and authored. I'll talk it over internally and get back to you here.

@Adam - thanks for the insight (and good point about packages behaving differently) - has adding the option for a modal window gained any further traction?

Adam -- can you share if this is still under consideration?

Adam Spicer
@Matt, this is one that we definitely want to do at some point, so it is still on the enhancement list. It just hasn't been assigned to a sprint given other priorities.

Adam (and team) -- can you provide an update on this feature? Is there a tentative/target sprint?

Perry Gilbert
Hi Matt, we will aim for a modal window option with content packages for sprint 85.

Hi Perry -- with this week's release of sprint 85, is this modal option now being targeted for sprint 86? Or has it been pushed back further?

Perry Gilbert
Hi Matt, you are corrected. It is now targeted for Sprint 86. We apologize for the delay.
