Sprint 71 was released on Wednesday, 2/18/15, and included the following enhancements and new features:
NEW
- Assessment Summary Report: A new excel report has been created which provides assessment summary information. The information includes statistics such as average, min, max and standard deviation of overall scores as well as breaking it down by objective. Also included is an summary analysis breaking down each question.
- Evaluation Detail Report: A new excel report has been created which provides the evaluation detail results for each learner submission.
- Revoke from CPE Monitor: When an enrollment is revoked by an admin, and the admin chooses to delete any claimed credit, Learner Community will now revoke the claim from CPE Monitor automatically.
- Lesson Resources: New functionality has been added to the lesson resources allowing them to support a URL instead of an actual file.
- Product Sharing: Building on the momentum from Sprint 70, we've added an admin interface to support licensing your products to external third parties. The interface allows you to maintain a list export clients and the products licensed to them. This change also added a new permission, Manage Export Clients, which will need to be granted to any Organization Admin that needs to use this functionality.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Subscription Details: When a learner views their subscription, there is a date next to the title that represents the Available Thru Date. We've prefixed the date with the language Available Thru to make its purpose clear.
- OIG Results: OIG Results have been updated to include learner group level information, if available. We've also added a new field to the PDF report showing the date that the results were generated.
- Assignment Detail Report: We've added couple of new options to the assignment detail report. You can now choose whether you want to report based on a specific assignment or based on a specific set of products. Also, we've added the ability to filter your report down to a more narrow set of users.
