Hi there, As we use the LMS more and more to host our online course one feature that it would improve learner usability would be a way to link one activity to another, such as using a "Next" button at the bottom of the window. I don't know if this would be helpful to learners in different organizations as well, but for us it would be great to have the learner go to the next activity without needing to close the activity window and click on the next activity. Maybe this don't need to be a functionality to all types of activities, but at least for the HTLM it would definitely be interesting.

I would really like to see this as well. It would really improve the user experience to have both a "next activity" and "previous activity" button for more fluid navigation. Particularly helpful with mobile. Maybe the "next" button can be inactive until the activity is fulfilled (e.g., time requirements on video and HTML), and the final activity just reads "exit"? It would be a bonus if this could be configurable by course -- to Ana's point it may not fit well with all use-cases and organizations.

I would like this as well, but I'm curious which view you guys are using primarily. I am assuming you are using the normal, non-fullscreen view based on opinions at last year's user group meeting, as we are. I also agree that we would need to configure (turn on) per activity. We have many activities that launch externally and that feature just doesn't fit.

I think this raises a larger issue about the modal window. It might be nice if it had a customizable skin that might also function as a "player" with menu or navigation buttons. Or at least if certain activity types did (HTML activities or videos). We've tried to use CSS in the HTML source code, but we had to insert this into each activity (of which we had dozens and dozens for one course). If we want to make a change we'd need to change the source code in every single activity. We would appreciate having more control in general over the activity windows, whether being able to turn on or off navigation buttons, or just styling the look and feel of it.
