Sprint 81

Sprint 81 was released on Tuesday, 4/19/16, and included the following new features and enhancements:

NEW

• Export Individual Enrollment Codes: Tired of copying and pasting individual enrollment codes? Now you can export all of your individual enrollment codes to Excel.
• Shorten Enrollment Thru Dates: When viewing a learner's enrollments from the Admin > Manage Learners area, you can now shorten the Thru Date for enrollments.
• New Video Player: We've upgraded to the latest and greatest video players available through Brightcove. They are now HTML5 first and fall back to flash if necessary. Also these players are more mobile and responsive friendly.

ENHANCEMENTS

• PDF Custom Logo: We've fixed an issue where custom organization logos were not sizing properly.
• Important: We needed to increase the dimension requirements of the image to 550x150 (width/height). As a result, he had to remove all of the PDF Custom Logos from Learner Community. Organizations will need to upload their new PDF Custom Logo with the with the pixel dimensions of 550x150, in the meantime the default Learner Community logo will be displayed on your Organization's reports.
• Credit Profile Print Options: Need to update your Credit Profile Print Options, but your Learning Product is already published? No problem! Credit Profile Print Options are no longer locked after publishing, and you may make changes to it even after the Learning Product has been published.
• Track Assessment Questions between Screens: We've added the cross reference id to more admin screens to better allow you to track your questions.
• Edit Question from Sub Assessments: You can now directly edit an assessment question from a sub assessment without having to go find the question in the overall structure.
• Assessment Question Cross Reference ID: We added a Cross Reference ID Generator with the ability to enforce the uniqueness of the ID across your organization. Also, the Cross Reference ID can now be edited when the question is versioned.
• Conference Sessions: We've changed the day and time input when editing a Conference Session to safeguard against accidental changes to the conference day.
• Conferences Description: We removed the Section information under the Conference Description tab since sections do not apply to conferences.
• New Credit Categories: We've added visual indicators to help prevent accidental creation of new credit categories.
• Force Enrollment into New Section: We fixed an issue where if a learner needed a new enrollment in a different section of a product, the prior enrollment is archived and the new enrollment is now created properly for the new section.
• Prevent Deletion of Licensed Products: We are hiding the trash can on the Manage Products admin area for licensed products.
• Grids: Our tooling that powers many of the admin grids has been updated with the latest code bits. With our regression testing complete, the update is ready to be released. Let us know if you encounter any issues in using the grids.
• Personify Integration: We are starting to test our Data Services only integration for Personify, which eliminates the need for Universal Webservices. As part of the Data Services only integration, we now support populating the SubProgram field on the TranscriptCustomerTranscript records as part of the Enrollment Completion Notification. When a product using the Completion Integration Product Code is used, and the user completes an enrollment in a section that has an Integration Product Code, then that section's product code will be populated in the SubProgram field. In short, you will be able to track easier which section originated the transcript record by reusing the same transcript definition across many sections. Also as part of the Data Services only integration we've implemented the solution for overlapping Personify CycleEndDates as discussed on Insight.
