Sprint 62 was released on Monday, 8/11/14, and included the following enhancements and new features:

NEW

  • Group Management: An organization can now be configured to support native group management. This feature applies to organizations that are using native login (they are not integrated) and must maintain a group hierarchy for their learners. The group mangement feature will allow an organization to create an edit new groups within their hierarchy.
  • Sign Off Activity: A new learning activity has been added for faciliated learning products. When creating a new Sign Off activity, the administrator will define instructions for the learner to follow. The learner will then confirm that they performed the activity by checking a box at which point administrators will be notified that there is a new Sign Off activity pending. Before the learner can complete the activity, an administrator needs to approve their sign off. If the administrator rejects the submission, the learner will be given the opportunity to resubmit. The administrator experience varies based on the organization setup. For organizations that are configured with group hierarchies, when a learner signs off on their activity, the learner's immediate group administrator will be notified. The group administrator will be able to approve or reject the sign off right from the admin dashboard area. Organizations that are not configured with group hierarchies will rely on Section Administrators being notified and then tasked with approving or rejecting the sign off activity.
  • Prerequisites added to Certification Product: Like other products, certification products can now have prerequisites.

ENHANCEMENTS

  • Editing Native Accounts: An administrator can now edit the display name for native accounts in the Manage Learner area.
  • Deleted Enrollments: When an enrollment is marked deleted from the admin area, the enrollment no longer will show in the enrollment codes admin report.
  • OIG/GSA Reporting: To help administrators ensure that their learner's OIG/GSA reports are being executed, we've taken the following steps:
    • When enabling OIG/GSA on a Learner, all required fields are now visible and will be required before OIG/GSA can be enabled.
    • A new search option for OIG/GSA Checks has been added to the Learner Search area in Manage Learner.
    • The email message to the OIG/GSA administrator will include messaging informing the administrator how many of their learners do not have OIG/GSA checks enabled and how many have OIG/GSA checks enabled but are missing some additional required data in order to execute the checks.
