Sprint 82 was released on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 and included the following new features and enhancements:
NEW
- Retire Products: Learning products can now be "retired". Existing enrollments in a retired product will be expired, and the product will not be available for new enrollments. Retired products will still be available for reporting. When you retire a product on Staging, it will be automatically retired on Live. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Copy Learning Product: Tired of hand-copying learning products? There is now a copy product button which will make this process much faster and easier. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Learning Product Section Auto Enroll: You no longer need to hand generate auto-enroll links! You can now copy an auto-enroll link directly from a product section. Remember that the individual using this link must be able to enroll in this product for free. If their rate category isn't free, they will not be able to enroll. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Exclusions: In the Admin > Exclusions area, the Learner and Vendor check grids now have a new Export to Excel feature.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Learning Product List: In the Admin > Learning Products area we've rearranged learning products into separate tabs (Not Published, Published, Retired & All) to make locating a product much easier.
- Certification Products: Products within a Certification Product now have a default sort order. To get your learning products in the order you'd like simply remove them and re-add them in the desired order. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Enrollment Credit Thumbnail: If you are using Learning Activity Thumbnails, we've now added a default thumbnail for credit blocks so that they will display to your learners in the same way as other activities. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Full Screen View: New help functionality has been added as well as enhancements to the full screen experience. Users screens will now default to the organization default until they change the view manually. After leaving the enrollment, their view will revert back to the organizational default once again. The button was renamed to Change View and operates much like a video player's full screen button. (Thank you to the Users Group 2016 participants)
- Organization Notifications: If you used the organization notifications to alert your users to a message, sometimes your message would overlap parts of your webpage which made parts of it inaccessible. This issue has now been fixed.
- Subscription Enrollments: If an enrollment in a product from a subscription ended before the user's subscription expired, the user couldn't launch back into the enrollment. Those expired enrollments (incomplete/completed) can now be launched from the In Progress and Completed areas of the subscription.
- Self-Check & Sub-Assessments: You now have the ability to select a Randomization Option when creating/editing a self-check activity using a sub-assessment.
Please feel free to leave comments or questions about this sprint!

A lot of big changes this Sprint, including some that have been on the wish list for a while, so thank you. I was really impressed with the changes to the full screen view, especially the walk-through for someone using it for the first time.

Agreed. Some very useful updates for both learners and admins.
Question for the LearnSomething team -- can the concept of the auto-enroll link be applied to the Add to Cart button on catalogs and product detail pages? For our free products, it would be great if a learner that is not already logged in could click Add to Cart and then be auto-enrolled once they log in through our CRM integration. Right now it's a 2-step process. Add to Cart forces them to login, but they must still use the Enroll Now button after logging in. -
