In this poll you will be able to vote on a major enhancement you would like to see next in Learner Community. The enhancement with the most votes will be included in the next upcoming Sprint! As discussed earlier, we are going to conduct these polls for a few Sprints to see how it goes. We really appreciate all of the feedback you have provided us! Thank you! Very exciting! A few Qs:
-will it include all product types? (Subscriptions, mtgs, etc.)
-Assuming if an integration code is assigned to the product, it tries to create a comp/$0 order in the AMS just like as if an enr. code were used, right?
-Will we be able to set an expiration date for that individual person, instead of defaulting to the LP's settings? I know right now you can extend the expiration but not reduce it. Would be great to have full control when adding it at least.
-If sections are in use, can we choose which section the learner gets enrolled in, or will it go straight to default? Would love to be able to choose.
-Let's say I add an enrollment, and then later, that learner logs in and enrollment sync tries to add another enrollment of the same product. Can their original enrollment not lose any progress, BUT update the background info so the enrollment now ties to the AMS order number? i.e. AMS order info trumps an admin-added enrollment every time, except in progress.

    • Will it include all product types? (Subscriptions, mtgs, etc.)
► It will only include regular products.

    • Assuming if an integration code is assigned to the product, it tries to create a comp/$0 order in the AMS just like as if an enr. code were used, right?
► If an integration code is used, LC checks the cost of the product; if it is not free, it has to go through the checkout process.

    • Will we be able to set an expiration date for that individual person, instead of defaulting to the LP's settings? I know right now you can extend the expiration but not reduce it. Would be great to have full control when adding it at least.
► We do not have a way to reduce the enrollment active thru date at the moment.

    • If sections are in use, can we choose which section the learner gets enrolled in, or will it go straight to default? Would love to be able to choose.
► Admin chooses which sections the user goes in.

► There can only be one active enrollment. If we get another order for the same product where there is already an active enrollment, then LC adds an access record, but not a new enrollment.
