Based on some discussions lately, it is my understanding that learners can't print a PDF copy of a certificate if the dates of the credit profile availability have passed. Is this true?
If so: IMO, those dates should limit the learner's ability to earn and CLAIM the credit - but, if it is successfully earned and claimed within the valid dates, they should be able to go back in anytime in the future and just re-print a copy of what they did previously. Take the example where someone earns and claims a credit in November, and that credit expires end of December. Then, that learner discovers that his Pharmacist license for the state of Michigan is up for renewal, and he needs proof of all his credits (via paper, because only about ten states use CPE Monitor to track their pharmacy credits). If my original statement is correct, even though he just completed it a month ago, he is unable to print a copy of what he did in November because the credit profile's valid dates have passed.
That example uses pharmacy, but we also offer many other credits from different accrediting bodies that DON'T use any kind of integration (like CPE Monitor). In those cases, learners are dependent on being able to print proof of a credit. We actually thought this was always the case, and didn't realize it was stopping anyone until recently. If they've already earned it and claimed it within the dates specified, why are we limiting just printing a copy?

Hi Colette, My understanding is our support clarified this for you.
Just for the sake of responding here, anything you claimed within the available period, should be printable after that point. Let us know if you have further questions.
