Sprint 58 was released on Thursday, 6/5/14, and included the following enhancements and new features:
NEW
- Enrollment Widget Customizations: The enrollments widget now has customization options that allow an administrator to categorize the enrollments shown in the widget through the use of creating a tab for each admin defined category. These categorization tabs allow an administrator to give the tab a name and include filtering options that will determine what gets shown in the tab. Once you add tabs to your enrollments widget, the area above that previously held Conferences and Subscriptions will be hidden. Learn more here. Important: Without any customization the widget will have a single tab which will show all enrollments from all product types. Sprint 60 will officially remove support for the Conferences and Subscriptions areas shown above the enrollment tabs. These items will instead be shown only within the enrollment tabs. Your organization only needs to customize the enrollments widget if you wish to keep a similar categorization separation for your Learners.
- Auto Enroll (Staging): From the Learning Product and Subscription List pages, a new button has been added to allow an administrator to copy an auto enroll link for each product. The auto enroll link will work for any user that is able to log into staging. This is useful when the product needs to be tested and/or reviewed by someone other than yourself.
- Assessment Export to Word: An assessment can now be exported to Word in order to better facilitate an offline SME review of the content.
- Revoke Subscription (Admin): The subscription area in the Admin > Manage Learner > Learner area now includes the ability to revoke access to a subscription if there are no enrollments associated with it.
- Credit Information Table on Learning Product Detail Page: If there are any credit profiles associated with a Learning Product then the Learning Product Public Detail Page shows a credit information table summarizing the available credit. This table is now optional and can be configured at the Learning Product level on the Configuration tab.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Full Screen Enrollment Detail: When the enrollment status changes from Incomplete to Complete or Incomplete Requirements Failed, the enrollment status at the top of the page is now updated accordingly.
- Print Assessment Results: Printing of assessment results has been added for assessments that don't have any review options set and only show a summary of objectives and/or an overall score. The request was discussed here.
- Manage Learner Improvements: The Admin > Manage Learner > Learner area has been updated to support further editing of a Learner. For organizations that are setup to support a Group Hierarchy, those group admins can now only grant permissions to their learners from the set of permissions that they currently have (they can't give a permission that they don't have).
- Personify Integration: For Personify integrated clients, Learner Community will now use the OrderDetail.OriginalOrderNumber and OrderDetail.OriginalOrderLineNumber fields when creating a free order when the free order is created because of another existing order (enrollments from a subscription, enrollments from a certification, enrollments from redeeming an enrollment code). This will allow administrators to better track the free orders from within Personify.
- Edit Learning Product Section: An issue was fixed related to editing a learning product section where an administrator was not able to create or edit a Live Classroom.
